Photo sizes you type into the passport photo tool are numbers you copy from the form in front of you. We do not claim those pixels as law or as the official PSK specification.

Password protected PDFs may fail. Damaged scans may fail. Very large files may freeze the tab. We cap uploads in the page around 20 MB because browser RAM is not a data centre.

Image compress and any PDF rebuild cannot match a paid desktop suite on the smallest file with the same sharpness. If a page says “smaller file attempt”, believe it. Check the download before you submit.
