Do not email us your marksheet or PAN scan. The tools already keep files in your browser. If a tool fails, say which page, which browser, and roughly the file size. Password PDFs will fail. That is expected.

We are not a government helpdesk. Form dates, fees, and official photo sizes are on the portal that asked for the file.
